We do not knowingly collect data from persons under the age of 18.

We use your data to: • Provide, maintain, and improve our Service. • Manage user accounts and authentication. • Facilitate deliveries, bids, and payments between Clients and Couriers. • Verify user identities (KYC compliance). • Send important notifications and updates about deliveries. • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse. • Send marketing or promotional communications (only with your consent).

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. When no longer needed, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
